I was playing some friendly games with graderman (who it was a pleasure to meet) and I had something very funny happen on hole 18 at HT. Anyone else experience this? I drove the ball nice and long on the fairway, then I pitched the ball and it rolled into the cup, dead center, nice and easy. It made the normal "clunk' sound from dropping into the cup (not the 'clack' from striking the pin) and the ball disappeared, but to my amazement, instead of saying 'EAGLE' it said "2 inches from pin" with the ball nowhere in sight. Lo and behold, it lined me up for another shot "2 inches from pin" for Birdie instead. Anyone else have anything similar? Good thing Grader was beating me by 6 strokes at the time or I would've been a tad aggravated at EA!!!
